Lime: Our main product

The lime produced by Confrut has a striking green color and a thick skin, similar to the yellow lime, better known as Sicilian in Brazil and widely used in Europe. After all, it is in the skin that the aromatic oils that perfume and finish dishes and drinks concentrate.

The limes available in variable sizes, ranging from 36 to 63 (an average considering the number of limes that fit into a box with a specific size for transporting the fruit), are produced on our two sites, Água Branca and Santa Maria.

We know that the quality of our limes is a direct consequence of our management style, which prioritizes care and attention to the needs of the plants; in other words, a veritable dialogue considering the broader context of all of them.
